Hormora LLC (“Hormora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our website, tools, and services (collectively, the “Service”) at hormora.com.

- Health intake data: Age, sex, ethnicity, height, weight, body measurements, symptoms, energy patterns, sleep habits, stress levels, digestive health, exercise habits, dietary preferences, health goals, and family health history
- Photos: Full-body photos submitted for hormone analysis
- Medication and supplement information: Current medications (selected from a checklist) and current supplements (self-reported)
- Medical history: Diagnosed conditions, hormonal status, and related details you choose to share
- Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers.

- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the Service
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors interact with our website. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. AI Processing
Hormora uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to analyze your submitted data and generate personalized protocols. Your photos and health data are sent to Anthropic's API for real-time processing. Per Anthropic's data policies, data sent through the API is not used to train AI models and is not retained after processing. Your data is processed, your results are generated, and the input data is not stored by Anthropic.
5. Photo Policy
- Your photos are used exclusively to generate your personalized hormone analysis.
- Photos are stored securely for up to 12 months to support progress tracking and rescans.
- Photos are never shared with third parties, published, or used for marketing.
- Photos are never used to train AI models.
- You may request deletion of your photos at any time by contacting support@hormora.com.
6. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active. Deleted upon account deletion request.
- Health intake data and protocols: Retained for as long as your account is active to support rescans and progress tracking.
- Photos: Retained for up to 12 months from submission. Deleted upon request at any time.
- Payment records: Retained as required by tax and accounting regulations (typically 7 years).
- Marketing email data: Retained until you unsubscribe. Unsubscribing removes you from marketing communications but does not delete your account.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), secure authentication for user accounts, access controls limiting who can view personal data, and secure hosting with reputable infrastructure providers. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, including photos, account information, and health data. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
- Portability: Request your data in a commonly used format.
- Opt out of marketing: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.

You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. You have the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. 10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will promptly delete that information. We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and ensure the Service functions properly. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors interact with our website.
