By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Hormora, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Hormora provides AI-powered wellness analysis and personalized nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle protocols based on user-submitted photos, intake questionnaires, and self-reported health data. The Service includes free tools (supplement scanners, seed oil scanners, medication checkers) and paid products (hormone analysis, 60-day optimization protocols, progress tracking).

3. Not Medical Advice

The Service is for educational and informational purposes only. Hormora does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. The information provided through the Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.

• Always consult your physician before starting, stopping, or changing any prescribed medication.

• Hormone scores generated by the Service are estimated from visual analysis and self-reported data. They are not equivalent to laboratory blood work or clinical diagnosis.
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of information obtained through the Service.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. Hormora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or violate these Terms.

5. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds

Paid products are available for a one-time fee as displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Changes in pricing do not affect previously completed purchases.

Refund policy: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if your personalized protocol has not yet been generated and delivered. Once your protocol has been generated and delivered to your account, the product is considered fully consumed and no refund is available. This is because the Service generates personalized content using AI analysis, which involves significant computational resources that cannot be recovered. Hormora may, at its sole discretion, issue goodwill refunds on a case-by-case basis.

6. User-Submitted Content

You may submit photos, health data, and other personal information ("User Content") to receive your personalized analysis. By submitting User Content, you grant Hormora a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and analyze your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not share, sell, or distribute your User Content to third parties. We do not use your photos or personal data to train AI models. Your photo is used exclusively to generate your personalized analysis.

7. Accuracy and Limitations

Hormora uses AI-powered analysis to generate wellness recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, the Service has inherent limitations. Results are estimates based on visual patterns and self-reported data, not laboratory measurements. Individual results may vary. The Service may not account for all relevant health conditions, medications, or individual factors. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies, and you agree to use the Service as one input among many in making health decisions.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit photos or data belonging to another person without their explicit consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms, prompts, or methods used by the Service
• Share, resell, or redistribute your personalized protocols or analysis to third parties
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or health information

9. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, templates, branding, and methodologies provided through the Service are the intellectual property of Hormora LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use your personalized protocol for your own health optimization. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any materials from the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Hormora does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hormora LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, regardless of the theory of liability. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Hormora in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hormora LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
